This policy explains what information Momentra Charts collects through momentracharts.com and how it is used. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Email address – only if you subscribe to the weekly outlook. Used only to send that email.
- Messages you send us – if you email us, we keep the message to reply.
- Basic, anonymous site statistics – page views and country, collected without cookies through our hosting provider's privacy-friendly analytics.
We do not collect payment details, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not create user accounts on this website.
How we use it
- To send the emails you asked for.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with brokers, exchanges or marketers.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. If you subscribe, your email is stored with our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Third-party platforms
Our Telegram, YouTube, Instagram and X channels are run on those platforms, under their own privacy policies. Links to them from this site are ordinary links and do not share your data with us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your email until you unsubscribe (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link) or ask us to delete it. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@momentracharts.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
